The registration opt-in list is available to all GS1 Connect 2026 attendees. Please provide the email address used for your registration to access the list.
General Registration Questions
Yes, please visit us at the registration desk during conference hours. On-site registration must be paid via credit card. Checks, wire transfers, or cash will not be accepted on-site.
GS1 Connect 2026 is a live event only. Registration substitutions within the same organization will be accepted until May 22, 2026. Please contact GS1Connect@gs1us.org.

As indicated in the GS1 US® Event Agreement, cancellations will be accepted through April 24, 2026. No cancellations/refunds are allowed after April 24, 2026. If you cancel your registration for the GS1 Connect® conference prior to or on April 24, 2026, you are subject to a $100 cancellation fee, when applicable. For cancellations made prior to or on April 24, 2026, your credit card will automatically be refunded the registration amount paid, minus the $100 cancellation fee. Substitutions within the same company will be accepted but must be submitted via email to GS1Connect@gs1us.org no later than May 22, 2026.
To change an existing registration, please reference your registration confirmation email from GS1Connect@gs1us.org and select the option to view or modify your registration within your attendee portal. Substitutions within the same company will be accepted but must be submitted via email to GS1Connect@gs1us.org no later than May 22, 2026.

Hotel Reservations
Book before May 7, 2026, to take advantage of the exclusive GS1 Connect® rate of $285 per night, plus taxes and resort fee ($330 total per night). Housing should be reserved using the Passkey link. Passkey is the official housing bureau of GS1 Connect. Housing blocks advertised by groups or companies other than the GS1 Connect Conference Team or Passkey are not approved by GS1 Connect. The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas has a 72-hour prior-to-arrival cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel your reservation, please do so outside the 72-hour cancellation window to avoid a fee. If you need to cancel within the 72 hours, your card will be charged a one-night room and tax cancellation fee. A credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation, with a deposit of one night’s room and tax. The deposit will only be refunded for reservations that cancel prior to the 72-hour prior-to-arrival cancellation window. Please note, a credit card is required at time of check-in to cover remaining room costs. If you will have your charges covered by a method of payment that will not be presented on property, please contact the hotel to request a credit card authorization.

Self-Parking

Registered attendees will receive an email invitation with instructions to download the GS1 Connect® mobile app from any app store before the conference.
No. Anyone claiming to sell an attendance list for GS1 Connect® is not affiliated with GS1 US®.
GS1 Connect® officially starts on Tuesday, June 9, at 1:00 PM PT and concludes after sessions on Thursday, June 11. Pre-conference meetings and GS1 US University courses begin the afternoon of Monday, June 8. The Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) Rule 204 Workshop will take place after the conference ends on Thursday, June 11. Our room block begins on Sunday, June 7, so you can come in before the conference and enjoy all of the amenities The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas has to offer.

By accepting the Event Agreement as part of your registration, you acknowledge GS1 US® may record events or take photos and videos that may be edited and used by GS1 US in live-streaming broadcasts or other marketing materials in the ordinary course of our business. By attending the event, you acknowledge and agree that your image may be used by GS1 US, solely for this purpose. If you do not wish to be recorded, please notify GS1 US in writing within seven (7) business days in advance of the event at gs1connect@gs1us.org. Registrant shall immediately advise GS1 US in writing if any element of the likeness is no longer full, truthful, and accurate.
